Past 8-10 days I did nothing in NF but today was a fantastic short trade opportunity.
And when you get an opportunity like this, you should go for the kill.
Here is the overall summary:
- long calls in put options were staggered (pyramid).
- Now holding 900 puts of 7700 strike price (basically free)
- Also short on 900 call options of 8000 strike (around 49 with VIX near high levels).
- TATASTEEL short was a small disaster/ loss.
There is no intelligence here... markets always provide some minimal risk setups from time to time. You just have to jump in trade with very clear SLs.
On a different note, the year is just 4 days old - but I can brag!
